Our solutions, including the User Agreement, Design/Algorithms, Invoice Deploy, and billing system, are integral parts of AreaEstiMate. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks and is processed and handled by our selected Payment Service Providers. We only preserve the last four digits and expiry date of your credit card. This is, among other things, to inform you in advance if your credit card is soon to expire, ensuring the continuous running of your services with us.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the service, use of the service, or access to the service without express written permission from us. Headings used in this agreement are for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.

Fair Use

Fair use defines our exceptions to the rights protected by copyright laws.

Fair use of AreaEstiMate includes using copyrighted material for research, news reporting, citations, and commentary. It also includes linking to AreaEstiMate, adding AreaEstiMate to search engines, and library archiving of AreaEstiMate.

Using AreaEstiMate in Teaching

AreaEstiMate reserves the right to take legal action against any individual or entity found to be in violation of these copyright and trademark protections.

The name 'AreaEstiMate' and the AreaEstiMate logo are registered trademarks of AreaEstiMate. Use of these trademarks without permission is strictly prohibited.

Other trademarks, service marks, graphics, and logos used in connection with AreaEstiMate may be the trademarks of their respective owners. You are granted no right or license to use any trademarks other than those mentioned in these Terms of Service.

Accuracy, Completeness, and Timeliness of Information

Domains

We offer a service for users to purchase domains, connecting to their AreaEstiMate Spaces. This allows users to search, select, and purchase a specific domain linked to the Space through automation.

You acknowledge that, by purchasing a domain, you are the sole owner and responsible to act according to the related terms and conditions.

Exceptions to this agreement include purchasing and billing, handled by AreaEstiMate acting as the distributor. Complaints, claims, concerns, or questions regarding third-party products should be directed to our support in the application.

AreaEstiMate is responsible for purchasing and billing related to distribution. The domain is automatically renewed every year, and you agree that you have understood that you must actively cancel the renewal to opt out of the service. We are not liable or responsible for any harm, errors, or omissions related to any actions by the registry administrator, such as requests to register or renew. Please carefully review the third party's policies and practices before engaging in any transaction.

Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In our sole discretion, we may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.

In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made on our site. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Optional Tools

We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input. You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement.
